About the founder
Emily is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 14 years’ experience in the property and construction industry across the south west and London. Emily has a breadth of knowledge across a broad range of sectors including small and large scale residential schemes, leisure, tourism and hospitality.
Emily has delivered a number of prestigious projects across the region including award-winning heritage schemes The Box in Plymouth and The Market Hall in Devonport, Plymouth. Emily also led on the award winning, highly sustainable West Carclaze Garden Village and more recently on Treveth’s net-zero housing scheme at Tolgus, Redruth.
Emily has a long-standing interest and passion for heritage buildings, including first-hand experience at home in her Grade II Listed cob cottage. Her love of cob has also led her interest in exploring and promoting natural building materials as a sustainable construction for the future of buildings.
